Identifies areas of concerns, challenges and requirements relating
to security and brand protection in organizations to identify
potential Farsight solutions.
Achieves assigned new subscription and renewal subscription sales
goals by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related
Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Generates leads and prospect to sustain and maintain pipelines
necessary to exceed sales goals.
Maintains business relationships with assigned customer base to
ensure customer retention.
Builds strategic cross department customer relationships within
Promotes, sells and secures orders from existing and prospective
customers through a relationship-based sales approach.
Identifies potential customers and drives activities to increase
pipeline and sales revenues.
Understands customer requirements and assists customer in selecting
company’s products and services that are best suited to address the

Uses the internet and other resources to identify, contact,
qualify, develop, penetrate and sell company’s products and services
to prospective new customers.
Maintains professional business relationships with existing
customer base for purposes of customer retention and contract renewal
Follow up on new leads and referrals generated by personal
prospecting, marketing activities, trade shows, executive presentations,
and from company’s website.
Makes telephone calls and conducts sales presentations to existing
and prospective customers.
Develops clear, concise and effective written proposals / quotations
for current and prospective customers.
Prepares documents necessary for Sales Operations to initiate,
activate and maintain contracted services to existing customers and
Consistently maintains and updates customer and prospect records
in company’s CRM system.
Maintains an accurate sales forecast for new business and renewal
business opportunities on a daily basis using company’s CRM system.
Expedites the resolution of all customer concerns by effectively
leveraging Farsight resources.
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy and action plans to
achieve personal and company sales goals based on personal historical
sales activity, metrics and market conditions.
Coordinates sales efforts with Sales Management, Marketing, Sales
Operations, Technical Support, and Engineering groups.
Participate in marketing and sales events such as seminars, trade
shows and conventions
Maintains the highest level of professionalism and integrity when
representing the company in daily sales efforts.
Other duties as assigned.
2 years sales experience in cyber security
Knowledge of relevant computer applications (MS Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM)
Knowledge of principles and practices of enterprise sales
Knowledge of customer service principles
Knowledge of professional sales techniques
Experience in sales managing B2B Enterprise accounts
Experience in making effective and compelling sales presentations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Multi-Lingual is a plus
